Terms of Service | CardsRelay

1. Acceptance

By using CardsRelay ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service description

CardsRelay facilitates the purchase and peer-to-peer sale of digital gift cards using cryptocurrency payments. We are not affiliated with any gift card brand or issuer.

3. Payment and invoices

All payments are made in cryptocurrency. Invoice prices are locked for 5 minutes from creation. Expired invoices must be recreated at current rates. We do not accept chargebacks or payment reversals.

4. Refunds

If a gift card code from a PRIMARY order is invalid, contact us within 24 hours with your order ID. We will replace the code or issue a store credit. For P2P marketplace orders, all sales are final once the code is delivered.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use this Platform for fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity. Gift cards must be legitimately owned by the seller. We reserve the right to suspend accounts and cancel orders at our discretion.

6. Marketplace and P2P

Marketplace listings are between individual users. CardsRelay does not verify the identity of sellers beyond basic email registration. CardsRelay is not liable for disputes arising from P2P trades beyond our stated dispute support process.

7. Limitation of liability

CardsRelay's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
