1. Acceptance

By using CardsRelay ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by Payzy ME FZ Ltd, Unit 207, Heritage Plaza II, Main Street, Charlestown, 0802, Nevis (Company Number C 62565).

2. Service Description

CardsRelay is a digital marketplace for purchasing gift cards and prepaid products using cryptocurrency. Payzy ME FZ Ltd acts as the merchant of record for all purchases made through the Platform, purchasing gift cards from licensed suppliers and delivering them electronically to customers.

CardsRelay is an e-commerce storefront for digital goods. Cryptocurrency is accepted as a payment method. CardsRelay does not provide currency exchange, money transfer, or financial brokerage services. CardsRelay is not affiliated with any gift card brand or issuer.

3. Payment and Invoices

All payments are made in cryptocurrency. Invoice prices are locked for 30 minutes from creation. Expired invoices must be recreated at current rates. We do not accept chargebacks or payment reversals. Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible once sent. You must send the exact amount specified; underpayments and overpayments may result in order delays.

3a. Minimum Transaction Amounts

Each cryptocurrency has a minimum payment amount set by the payment network and our payment processors. These minimums exist to ensure transactions are recognised and processed by the blockchain network.

The minimum amount for your selected coin is displayed on the payment screen before you complete your order. If you proceed with a payment below the minimum:

  • Your transaction will not be recognised by our payment processor;
  • The funds sent may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by CardsRelay;
  • No order will be created or fulfilled.

CardsRelay will automatically reject order creation if the calculated cryptocurrency amount falls below the minimum for the selected coin. It is your responsibility to ensure the denomination you select will result in a cryptocurrency amount at or above the displayed minimum. CardsRelay accepts no liability for funds lost due to payments sent below the minimum threshold.

4. Delivery

All orders are fulfilled digitally. Gift card codes are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Delivery normally occurs within minutes of payment confirmation on the blockchain. Delivery times may vary depending on network conditions for the selected cryptocurrency.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid, accessible delivery email address. CardsRelay is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or inaccessible email address.

5. Refund Policy

Once a gift card code has been revealed to you, the purchase is non-refundable. Changing your mind, or buying the wrong brand or region, are not grounds for a refund.

We refund or replace in one circumstance only: the code is faulty. That means either:

  • The code was never delivered to you; or
  • The code is verified invalid by the issuing merchant.

Report a faulty code within 24 hours of purchase through our order help page, quoting your order ID. We may ask for evidence, including screenshots and any error message shown by the merchant. Where the fault is confirmed, we will issue a replacement code or a refund.

One exception applies. Where delivery fails because you reached CardsRelay through a VPN or proxy, no refund is issued. See Section 9.

6. Invalid Code Handling

If a gift card code is reported invalid, CardsRelay will investigate with the upstream supplier. If the code is confirmed invalid and unused, CardsRelay will provide either a replacement code or a refund in accordance with Section 5.

7. Product Terms & Restrictions

All purchases are for digital gift cards delivered electronically. Gift cards are subject to the terms and geographic restrictions of the issuing brand. CardsRelay does not guarantee that a gift card will be accepted in any particular region outside its stated availability. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the card is valid for their intended use.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use CardsRelay to:

  • Facilitate any illegal activity
  • Launder funds or proceeds of crime
  • Bypass or evade international sanctions
  • Conduct fraud or impersonation
  • Purchase cards for resale abuse or automated arbitrage
  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable law or regulation

CardsRelay reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel transactions suspected of violating these terms, without prior notice. CardsRelay also reserves the right to request additional information where required to comply with applicable regulations.

9. Sanctions and Restricted Jurisdictions

CardsRelay does not provide services to individuals or entities located in, or residents of, jurisdictions subject to international sanctions or where digital voucher distribution is restricted. Access from the following countries is blocked: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and Sudan. By using CardsRelay, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in, or a resident of, a sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction;
  • You are not acting on behalf of any person or entity in a sanctioned jurisdiction;
  • You are not a sanctioned individual or entity under any applicable sanctions list;
  • You are not using a cryptocurrency wallet associated with sanctioned addresses or entities.

CardsRelay reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate access where transactions are identified as involving sanctioned parties or restricted jurisdictions.

If you access CardsRelay via a VPN or proxy, you may not be able to complete your purchase or receive your gift card code. No refund will be issued where access or delivery fails as a result of using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool, regardless of the jurisdiction you are connecting from. This is the one exception to the faulty-code refund in Section 5.

10. Compliance

Payzy ME FZ Ltd complies with applicable sanctions regulations and operates CardsRelay as a digital goods marketplace. Transactions may be refused where fraud, abuse, or regulatory concern is identified. CardsRelay reserves the right to request additional verification where required by applicable law or regulation.

11. Limitation of Liability

CardsRelay's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for how gift cards are used after delivery.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will endeavour to notify users of material changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevis, Saint Kitts and Nevis. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nevis.
