What we collect

• Email address — required for order delivery and support
• Blockchain transaction data — public by nature of crypto payments
• Order history — stored to resolve disputes and provide receipts
• IP address — basic fraud prevention and rate limiting

What we do not collect

• No credit card or bank information
• No government ID (unless required by law for high-value transactions)
• No browsing history or tracking pixels

How we use your data

We use your email solely to deliver gift card codes and send order confirmations. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Data retention

Order records are retained for 2 years for dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing privacy@cardsrelay.com.

Security

Gift card codes are stored in an isolated database table. TODO: Codes will be encrypted at rest before production launch. Payment addresses are generated per-invoice and not reused.
