Data retention

Order records are retained for 2 years for dispute resolution. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing [email protected].

Security

Gift card codes are stored securely and are only revealed to the buyer after payment confirmation. Payment addresses are generated per-invoice and not reused. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
