Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will I receive my gift card code?

In most cases, within 30–60 seconds of payment confirmation on the blockchain. For ZANO this typically means 1–2 block confirmations.

What if my code doesn't work?

Contact support within 24 hours with your order ID. We'll investigate and either replace the code or issue a refund.

Why did my invoice expire?

Crypto prices change rapidly. Invoices are valid for 5 minutes to protect both parties. Simply go back and create a new order — it takes seconds.

Which cryptocurrencies can I use?

Currently ZANO (beta). Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Monero are coming soon.

Is there a minimum or maximum order value?

Minimum is $10. Maximum per order is $500. Contact support for larger orders.

Can I get a refund?

For PRIMARY orders, if the code fails we'll replace or refund. For P2P marketplace orders, codes are final once delivered — verify before use. See our Terms for full refund policy.

Is CardsRelay safe to use?

We process payments on-chain — no credit card data is stored. Gift codes are stored isolated in our database. P2P trades are between users; CardsRelay facilitates delivery and provides dispute support.
