How quickly will I receive my gift card code?

In most cases, within 30-60 seconds of payment confirmation on the blockchain. Confirmation times vary by network.

What if my code doesn't work?

Submit a request via our order help page within 24 hours with your order ID. We'll investigate with the supplier and either replace the code or issue a refund.

Why did my invoice expire?

Crypto prices change rapidly. Invoices are valid for 30 minutes to protect both parties. Simply go back and create a new order; it takes seconds.

How long do crypto transactions take, and what are the network fees?

Transaction times and network fees vary significantly by coin. For example, XRP and BNB typically confirm in under a minute, while Bitcoin can take 10-30 minutes or more during congestion. Network fees are charged by the blockchain, not by CardsRelay. See our full network fees and confirmation times guide for a breakdown by coin.

Which cryptocurrencies can I use?

We accept Monero (XMR), Zano (ZANO), Zcash (ZEC), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC), Dash (DASH), Dogecoin (DOGE), USDC, and USDT on ERC20, TRC20, and Solana networks. See the full list on our supported coins page.

Can I get a refund?

Only if the code is faulty. Once a code has been revealed it is non-refundable, so changing your mind is not grounds for a refund. If the code was never delivered, or the issuing merchant confirms it is invalid, we will replace it or refund you. Report it within 24 hours of purchase with your order ID. Is CardsRelay safe to use?

We process payments on-chain; no credit card data is stored. Gift card codes are stored securely and are only revealed to the buyer after payment confirmation.

Is there a minimum or maximum order value?

Minimums vary by gift card denomination and by cryptocurrency; each coin has its own network minimum. Available denominations are shown on each product page, and any coin-specific minimum is shown at checkout. Maximum per order is $350. For larger orders, contact us.
