1. บัตรนี้ออกโดยบริษัทเซ็นทรัล เพย์เม้นท์ จำกัด (“บริษัท”)

2. บัตรนี้ใช้ได้ที่ เซ็นทรัล, โรบินสัน, ท็อปส์, ท็อปส์ ฟู้ด ฮอลล์, ท็อปส์ ไฟน์ ฟู้ด, อีทไทยโซนตลาด, มัทสึคิโย, เพาเวอร์บาย, โกว้าว, โกเพาเวอร์, ซูเปอร์สปอร์ต, บีทูเอส, ออฟฟิศเมท, ไทวัสดุ, บีเอ็นบี โฮม, ออโต้วัน, มาร์คแอนด์สเปนเซอร์, มูจิ และร้านอาหารในเครือเซ็นทรัล เรสตอรองส์ กรุ๊ป ที่ร่วมรายการ ตามมูลค่าในบัตรและที่แสดงบนบัตร (ยกเว้นร้านค้าเช่าพื้นที่, พื้นที่ศูนย์อาหาร และช่องทางออนไลน์)

3. บัตรนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ชำระค่าสินค้าตามรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้ บัตรโทรศัพท์, บัตรเติมเงินทุกประเภท, บัตรเงินสด, บัตรกำนัล, บัตรของขวัญ, สินค้าขายส่ง, สินค้ากลุ่มโครงสร้างบางรายการ, สินค้าหรือบริการอันเป็นการฝ่าฝืนข้อห้าม หรือข้อกำหนดของกฎหมาย เช่น สุรา, บุหรี่, ยา, อาหารสำหรับทารก อาหารสำหรับเด็กเล็ก และอาหารเสริมสำหรับทารก ซึ่งบังคับใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบัน หรืออาจจะมีขึ้นในอนาคตได้

4. บัตรนี้ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสดได้

5. บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับคืน ยกเลิกบัตร ชดเชยความเสียหาย กรณีบัตรชำรุด หรือ มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นกับบัตร หรือกรณีบัตรสูญหาย

6. บัตรนี้มีอายุ 5 ปีนับแต่วันที่ออกบัตร ท่านสามารถตรวจสอบวันหมดอายุของบัตรได้ ที่ เมจิกกิฟการ์ด คอลเซ็นเตอร์ 02-100-8777, หรือนำบัตรมาตรวจสอบ วันหมดอายุได้ที่จุดแคชเชียร์ หรือจุดลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ เมื่อบัตรหมดอายุแล้ว มูลค่าคงเหลือในบัตรจะไม่สามารถนำไปใช้ชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการ และ/หรือไม่สามารถขอคืนมูลค่า ขอเปลี่ยน ทอน หรือขอคืนเป็นเงินสดได้

7. บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของการใช้บัตรนี้ โดยบริษัทจะพิจารณาไปตามความจำเป็นหรือการตัดสินใจของบริษัท บริษัทจะพยายามแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวบนเว็บไซต์ ซึ่งการแจ้งล่วงหน้าอาจไม่สามารถทำได้ทุกการเปลี่ยนแปลง (เช่น เรื่องจำเป็นเร่งด่วนที่มิอาจคาดหมายได้)

9. The E-Card is issued by Central Payment Company Limited. (“The Company”)

10. This e-card can be used at Central, Robinson, Tops, Tops Food Hall, Tops Fine Food, Eathai Market Zone, Matsukiyo, Power Buy, GoWow, GoPower, SuperSports, B2S, OfficeMate, Thai Watsadu, BNB Home, Auto 1, Marks & Spencer, MUJI, and at participating restaurants under the Central Restaurants Group, according to the value on the e-card and as indicated on the e-card (excluding leased shops, food court areas, and online channels)

11. The E-Card cannot be used to purchase the following products & services; phone card, top-up card, cash card, gift card, gift voucher, wholesale item, construction materials (selected items), alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceutical product, infant/preschool children feeding, nutritional product and other products/services as prohibited by the laws as in force on the date of issuing of this card or as will be applied in the future.

12. The E-Card cannot be exchanged or changed for cash.

13. The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept the validity of the E-Card without compensation in the event of damage or alternation to the E-Card or in case of loss.

14. The E-Card is valid for 5 years from the date of issuance.

15. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. We’ll consider it according to the necessity or decision of us. We’ll let you know of these changes on the Website. Still, it would be best to accept that notice might only be available for some changes (including, but not limited to, urgent, unforeseeable changes).
