The vouchers can be used to purchase diesel (including HVOlution), petrol, CNG, and LPG (subject to confirmation with the station attendant) at over 4,000 Enilive Stations. Participating stations can be found via the Enilive App and the station locator on enilive.it. Vouchers can be redeemed using the free Enilive App, available for iOS and Android devices.

By using the App, you can redeem vouchers independently via all available payment channels at the service station, and the balance can be used across multiple transactions. Alternatively, vouchers can be redeemed during station opening hours by presenting the 14-character code to the attendant.

Vouchers are valid until the indicated expiry date. Once this date has passed, they will not be replaced or extended, nor will any remaining balance be refunded.

The voucher value cannot be exchanged for cash or credited to a credit card. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Vouchers can only be loaded into the Enilive App starting from their validity start date.

To load voucher codes into the App:

• Download the Enilive App.
• Open the "Voucher" section.
• Select "Add Voucher or Fuel Voucher".
• Choose "Voucher and Enilive Digital Fuel Voucher".
• Scan the QR code or manually enter the identification code.

This creates a voucher credit that can be used to purchase diesel (including HVOlution), petrol, CNG, and LPG (subject to confirmation with the station attendant). These products will be sold at the retail price displayed on the pump at the time of purchase.
